Custom pieces are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable; however, we take full responsibility for the finished case’s conformity to the dimensions you provide.

The logo is part of the product design. Manufacturing products without our logo is possible only when ordering wholesale batches of corporate orders (branded with the client's logo).

Most of our products are made to order and we do not keep a large stock of finished products. The average production time is 7-10 days. If you have chosen a product from the "last unit", it will be shipped on the same or next business day.
