Most companies build products to have a "useful life". We build our items to be used throughout your life. It doesn't matter if the product was purchased new from us, or if you conned your friend into trading his INCARNE for your old skis if it is INCARNE it is covered. Heck, why bother signing an item if you aren't willing to stand behind the signature. Our warranty is quite simple, we back our goods against defects in materials and workmanship with free lifetime repairs or if needed (gasp!) replacement. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by modifications, improper care, neglect, or normal wear and tear - approved at our discretion.
Our warranty was created with the same regard for detail that we strive for in every item we produce - our commitment is your continued support and enjoyment of all INCARNE products.
If your INCARNE item needs some attention, simply:
- Request a Product Repair Authorization (PRA) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, a description of the issue, and a photo or two so that we can assess the best way to take care of you. Once your request has been reviewed and a PRA issued, please ...
- Send the item(s) and a copy of the PRA to the address that is emailed to you. Please, let us know the tracking number of your package.
- You are done. Once we receive the items and process repair we will ship it back. Please note, you are responsible for shipping costs.
IMPORTANT! If we don't receive the shipment, or you don't include a PRA, it is nearly impossible for us to repair your item and get it back to you, so please choose a shipping method you can track and include all the bits.
