Leather

In our production, we use only high-quality materials: vintage and classic genuine leather, suede, and durable hardware. INCARNE™ bags, cases, and pouches are designed to be reliable accessories for years while maintaining a premium and elegant look.

Vintage leather is renowned for its unique patina effect, strength, and longevity. With a thickness of 1.4 - 1.7 mm, it easily develops scratches and wear, adding a distinctive charm as its tone evolves with every crease and mark. This ability to preserve a stunning retro aesthetic is exclusive to vintage leather products.

The classic leather we use in production has a subtle glossy sheen and a smooth, uniform texture that feels pleasant to the touch. Unlike vintage leather, this material is more resistant to moisture and external influences. It is elastic, dense, and elegant.

The surface of genuine leather may feature natural scars or scratches from the animal’s skin. Additionally, slight wrinkles may appear when the material is bent, which is a characteristic of natural, rather than synthetic, leather.

With proper care, any genuine leather product can last for years. To keep your favorite item in excellent condition, simply treat it occasionally with leather cream or natural wax. We strongly recommend reading the care instructions for leather products.

Velour

Velour is an elegant, soft, and pleasant-to-touch material with a short, delicate nap, very similar in texture to suede. Thanks to its velvety surface, velour looks elegant, luxurious, and always in style. The material has great wear resistance, retains its shape well, and does not lose its depth of color over time.

Hardware

We care about ensuring our products serve you for a long time and reliably. That’s why we use only high-quality, durable metal hardware during production. Our team carefully selects every small detail for the future bag, case, organizer, etc. Our priority is the high quality and longevity of INCARNE™ products.

Our products are covered by a three-year warranty from the day they were bought. We do our best to make our customers happy and are always ready to help. If you have any problems with our product, we are ready to repair or replace it for free.

Please note that warranty does not extend to any losses or damages due to unauthorized modification, negligence, improper care, normal wear, or tear.

To start your repair request we need to get the following information: order number or the name of the purchaser, a brief description of the defect and pictures of the area described. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding the warranty.

Make the product unique and only «yours». Add a logo, name, initials, date or important phrase. We tell you more about how you can personalize your order.

Font. Arial small, Arial, Caveat or Courier Prime. Pay attention to the size of the letters of each font, because they are different.
Debossed color. Gold, silver or no color.
