Hi! Thank you so much for the interest in our business. Our INCARNE™ team and workshop are located in the west of Ukraine (Lutsk, Volyn region). Fortunately, it is safe here now. We keep working to support our families, the loved ones, and to support volunteers here.

We have access to all the materials and resources we need to make & ship your orders. In the most cases, delivery takes:

• United States: 2-4 weeks
• Canada: 2-5 weeks
• United Kingdom: 3-5 weeks
• Europe: 2-4 weeks (small packages may take up to 6 weeks)
• Australia: 4-6 weeks

Every order has its own tracking number, so you can follow its way. We're always keeping our responsibility. You're always protected by payment systems like PayPal or Shopify Payments.
