We make our products from Crazy Horse leather (black, gray, brown, green, blue, burgundy, cognac) and Torro leather (red). Crazy Horse leather is known worldwide for its vintage aesthetic, strength, and durability. The thickness of the skin is 1.4 - 1.7 mm. It is easily scratched and rubbed, thanks to which it acquires a special charm, changing its shade with every fold and scratch. The ability to maintain such a stunning retro style is exclusive to Crazy Horse leather bags and cases.
Torro leather has a beautiful matte surface. Thanks to the special treatment, the material is more resistant to scratches and creases. Therefore, Torro leather gives products an elegant look that remains unchanged for many years.

When ordering a product from our website, you can choose any color from our palette, even if it is not presented on the product page. Just add a note to your order with the desired color or contact our manager.
Hardware
We make sure that our products serve you long and reliable. Therefore, we use only high-quality metal fittings in production. Our INCARNE™ team carefully selects and pays attention to the smallest details of each future purse, sleeve, cosmetic bag and the like. You can be sure of the quality of the fittings we have chosen. On our website, fastenings are available in two colors: brass and nickel. We usually use brass color, but you can also choose nickel. Just add a note with a color you want to your order or contact us.
Our products are covered by a three-year warranty from the day they were bought. We do our best to make our customers happy and are always ready to help. If you have any problems with our product, we are ready to repair or replace it for free.
Please note that warranty does not extend to any losses or damages due to unauthorized modification, negligence, improper care, normal wear, or tear.
To start your repair request we need to get the following information: order number or the name of the purchaser, a brief description of the defect and pictures of the area described. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding the warranty.
Make the product unique and only «yours». Add a logo, name, initials, date or important phrase. We tell you more about how you can personalize your order.
- Font. Arial small, Arial, Caveat or Courier Prime. Pay attention to the size of the letters of each font, because they are different.
- Embossed color. Gold, silver or no color.
- Metal plate. To emboss the logo, it is possible to create a special metal plate. With its help we can make hundreds of personalized orders as your corporate presents, for example.
