Our team and workshop are located in Lutsk, Volyn region, in the west of Ukraine. Fortunately, our area is currently safe, and we continue our work every day — creating your orders, supporting our families and loved ones, and contributing to local volunteer efforts.

We have access to all the materials and resources needed to carefully handcraft and ship your order.

Shipping Times

Delivery usually takes:

• United States: 2–4 weeks
• Canada: 2–4 weeks
• United Kingdom: 2–4 weeks
• Europe: 2–4 weeks (small packages may occasionally take up to 6 weeks)
• Australia: 3–5 weeks

Every order is shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

We take responsibility for every order and do our best to make the entire purchasing process safe and reliable. Your payment is also protected by trusted payment systems such as PayPal and Shopify Payments.
